Swagbucks Count 8/3/10

I have decided to participate in a Swagbucks Experiment! What is the Swag Bucks Experiment? Kristin over at Couponing to Disney decided to keep track of her swagbucks and see how long it really takes to win 450 Swag Bucks (equivalent to one $5 Amazon.com code).

I thought that was such a great idea I am going to do the same!
You can also follow my progress on Facebook, because I post every time I win a swagbuck!

Here is my progress for yesterday (8/3):

1 SB for using the toolbar
12 SB for search
12SB for a search
1 SB for voting in the daily poll
10 SB for search

36 Swag Bucks won!
I won 31 yesterday so my 2 day total is 77!

Wondering what swagbucks is?

Swagbucks is a search engine that randomly rewards you with Swag bucks every time you use it. The more you use it the more chances you have to win these Swag bucks.

If you haven’t signed up with Swagbucks yet, go here to sign up. You’ll get 30 Free Swagbucks just for registering!

Wow how do you win so much?!? Ever since Swagbucks inflated the swagbuck value, they've become more stingy handing out bucks on searches. I never ever win more than once a day, and it's rarely more than 10, usually 8. (Under the old system this would have meant winning an average of .80 each time, which is pretty lousy).
I still use swagbucks because it's free money, but now it takes at least 3 weeks to earn enough for the Amazon card, vs two weeks or less previously.

Hannah, The only real "secret" I have is that I use the tool bar. I think it helps me win more because it is always right there so I remember to use it more frequently. Before I started using the tool bar I never won more than once a day either! The other nice thing about the tool bar it that it alerts you when there are swagcodes available.

Even then I can still have off days where I only win once.
